Version: 1.0
Effective Date: July 14, 2026

Welcome to 2 On Web Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using https://2onwebsolutions.com ("Website") or engaging our web design and development services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide web design, website redesigns, landing pages, custom web applications, consulting, maintenance, and related digital services. Project scope is defined in written proposals or agreements.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time. Changes in scope, functionality, integrations, or content may require revised pricing or timelines.

3. Payments

Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals or invoices. Work may begin after any required deposit is received. Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, branding assets, feedback, approvals, and any required third-party credentials in a timely manner.

5. Scope Changes

Requests outside the agreed project scope may require a separate quote and may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the completed custom project transfers to the client after full payment. We retain ownership of our internal tools, reusable components, frameworks, and general know-how.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party providers including hosting platforms, domain registrars, APIs, email services, Cloudflare Turnstile, Formspree, and similar services. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties.

8. Warranties

We strive to deliver professional work but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, search engine rankings, or compatibility with future third-party changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. The client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada.

12. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
